Beelzeboss' Devil Horns Custom Kit

Beelzeboss' Devil Horns Custom Kit

Nice. Very nice.

In some ways it is not quite up to the level of Fansproject's original upgrade kit but for the price it is worth it to give Classics Cliffjumper a new look.

Beelzeboss' Devil Horns Custom Kit

I've been unhappy with the original since they repainted Bumblebee so this is a welcome cheap change.

Fansproject TFX-05 Sidearm (and gold metallic wing things)

Oh c'mon now! You spend the money on red opaque metallic ink on black paper but you can't design the packaging to not be destroyed upon opening!?!?!

I'm keeping it in the packaging for now. No sense destroying it all.

It won't be long until we get Stepper?

Will there be an E-Hobby Stepper in our future?

Signs point to damn well likely!

TF United Tracks

Oh baby! With a look as unique as Tracks how can you not issue a modern figure of him!

TF United Meister

TF United Meister

Wow! What a perfect Meister!

Hmmm... I just noticed something... he's actually "Autobot Jazz" on the Takara packaging! That's odd. Surprised I didn't realize he's not labeled Meister this time around. Oh well... he's staying Meister to me just so I remember he's the import version.

At least after all these decades there's still a little love left for the greatest Autobot leader of all!

Even if he is only 3" tall.

TF United Perceptor

TF United Perceptor

Wow! There's a shitload to love in this version of Perceptor!

I had absolutely no idea that his alt mode was a metallic red! That was a totally welcomed surprise.

Today there shall be cleaning!

Today is a dangerous day. The next visit for our adoption home study is tomorrow and I need to clean up The Crack Den™ by merging the recent crack in with the already way too overcrowded shelves.

Um... I think I need to merge the recent purchases into the shelves!

Yes. Toy robot shit's just all over the place!!!

When boxes arrive, I tend to pull stuff out in a haphazard fashion like a little boy on opening presents.

I mean... let's face it... this disease of mine is a result of my mother throwing all of my Micronauts out when I was 10 so opening up this in an orgy of packaging material and cardboard some how seems appropriate. (The 10-year old in me is still calling a lot of the shots with this crap!)

The Crack Den™ is exponentially smaller than my beloved Attic of Love™ so things clutter up quickly. I mean... it would take weeks for The Attic of Love™ to devolve into The Attic of Disaster™. Not so much here.

I need to do a major reorg both here and in the storage in the basement.

Have I told you my plans for the basement?

See... the current Crack Den™ has to eventually become a bedroom for FutureChild so I need to indeed get rid of some robot crap and turn my one storage corner of the basement into Basement of Love II: Toy Robot Boogaloo™ within the next 2 years or so.

More? Really?

So I broke down and ordered TF United Jazz and Tracks from Captured Prey. They are the only store that had both in. Snagged a Kabaya Star Saber kit too. (I so loves me some Star Saber!)

I also broke down and put TF United Set of Autobot & Decepticon Three-Pack E-Hobby Exclusives on order too. I already have Generations Wheeljack, Warpath, and Thundercracker on order as well the PE-11 SFX Scouting Force X "Reflector" set.

From TFSource I have a TF United Perceptor on the way and TFX-05 Sidearm and the Classics Cliffjumper - Devil Horns - Custom Kit on order.

Hopefully somebody will get the TF United Rumble and Frenzy in. I can't seem to pre-order it anymore on any site. And with any luck I'll eventually find the Hasbro Generations Grapple. In retrospect, I wanted the Hasbro version with the black head instead of the one I bought. That black head makes all the difference.

And for some reason I am just not feeling any guilt about any of this.

Found stuff.

I'm usually not one to go out into the interwebs and look for robot shit anymore but I was looking up something and came across this Gryphman guy's deviant art gallery.

I gotta say I like some of his TF Animated takes of some Takara G1 characters I love.

His version of Victory Saber is fantastic!

I would so buy that toy!!!

I like his War Within Ginrai too.

Takara TF Animated Wingblade Convoy

I love how he looks like like a modern Ginrai with bits of Victory Leo there in the forward facing dual cannons.

I mean...the wings and forearns are all Ginrai...

Hasbro Super God Ginrai PVC

I was also surprised at how translucent he is. I didn't expect that at all when I opened up the box from BBTS.

Ahhh. One day I'll have to explain to my sons that Ginrai is not Optimus Prime. That will be a glorious day!

Fans Project City Commander Upgrade Head

You know... even though the new head is more Magnusy... I gotta say I think I like the original head better.

The real Classics Ultra Magnus!

Definitely unique.

I just soooooo love her!

The Siblings

The siblings three. Yup! Love them!

2 Pink Swords are a Girl's Best Friend

It is true what they say too.

2 pick swords ARE a girl's best friend!

Perfect Effect Ratbat

About 1 minute after opening him this $33 tiny toy broke.

Suffice to say I'm not happy.

I really only wanted Rosanna and not this "prop" and now, since I'll have to glue the one wing on, I guess he'll go to trident mode permanently.

Still... regular props to Perfect Effect for trying something different yet familiar.

Perfect Effect Rosanna

I cannot convey how a tiny pink and white ninja sword wielding Rosanna makes me feel.

She's awesome!

I totally love her!!!

She's part of the PX-02 set but she's the best part!

TF Generations Scourge

TF Generations Scourge

I have no love of the character. Never had.

I was so thrilled when RID used the name Scourge as the Anti-Prime and then that kind of faded away to the lame Nemesis Prime.

He's not bad... even with his minor hunchback vibe.

What the hell was I thinking?

I really didn't want this. Somehow I thought it would be nice but it just looks like a movie-ish figure in person.

If I was going to buy it I should have bought the purple Takara one so at least he'd have something in common with the Animated original.

Stupid Nala.

Perfect Effect Eject

Perfect Effect Eject

I actually love Eject more than I like Rewind. I always have.

I think I loved these characters because they got so little screen time in Season 3 after their brief few seconds in the movie.

I always wanted to see a solid battle between Eject and Rewind against Rumble and Frenzy.

Perfect Effect Rewind

Perfect Effect Rewind

He's Rewind. I'll leave the "Rewinder" to the way-too-literal geeks.

Yes. He was expensive.

Yes. He was WAY too expensive for what he is.

Yes. I love him.

Henkei Sons of Cybertron Set

I won't lie.

I only wanted this for the Hot Rod.

I've hated that mold of Prime since he was released in that crappy Classics Ultimate Battle 2-pack with that shitty Megatron.

TF Animated Wingblade Optimus Prime

TF Animated Wingblade Optimus Prime

Call him what you want but he sure looks like super mega happy awesome Ginrai to me!

I'm rather shocked Takara actually has "Optimus Prime" on the packaging instead of Convoy.

I was also shocked to see he's partially translucent!
