Not to pretend that TFs didn't start life as a giant animated advert, but seriously, "Rise of the Chevy Autobots"? Like I needed a reason to hate Chevy more already... I see the first wave of culturally-poisonous tie-ins is well in progress.
And yup, Bumblebee should totally have been a Beetle. Sorry VW, but pretending that the war didn't happen won't get you off the hook, and anyway, the generation of Germans going to see this movie sure as hell don't care either way.
