It has no real meaning.
It is called "Lorem Impsum text" and is merely a form of placeholder content we use in publishing to fill empty space to determine distance relationships, kerning, leading, etc.
I use it on my development websites for testing purposes before I make code changes.

They are Latin words. However, they are pretty much gibberish these days. Or so I've been told. I think there may be some actual legible phrases in there still. Don't really know. Greek was my thing.
