He asked if it was a work of art. Uhh, yeah, I definitely think so.

I posted about this a while back but i still think it's an amazing piece of work...

Kinda makes you wonder about the fact that he couldn't afford to buy a Bumblebee but he could afford to buy all that KFC to make one...

Good work though...

That BB must smell delicious!

Yeah I know the Chinese chickenbucket Bumblebee guy is somewhat old news but it took me a while to figure out how I was going to write a connection between "look at this awesome scratchbuilt Bumblebee" and "my used aluminum foil's gotta be good for something".

It takes some skill to create something like that but you can only make one assumption - He must be one big boy cos he seems to love Kentucky Fried...

Steve, it may be old news but for something like this, it's totally worth it...

And anatomically correct Bumblebee *chuckles*

Classic!

Re: Bumblebee badoinker

I'm trying to write stuff that will make Nala extremely uncomfortable around me the next time we meet.

It would be improbable for me to think of you in any negative way.

And believe me, it is quite impossible to make me uncomfortable. Ask anyone that really knows me.

That said, if you were to cosplay beast wars furry in my presence I may be required to taunt you mercilessly both on the net and in real life. That is just the way it is.

Folks:

Speaking as somebody who used to make paper Transformers because the real ones cost too much, I feel safe to say the Chairman Mao Thrifty Excellent Young Communist business is total BS. The materials liberally scattered about, and the digital camera used to photograph this, could not have been cheap. In fact, however, there is some truth to the obvious propaganda, because nobody can buy a big, articulated, screen-accurate Bee like this...because one was not made.

It's beautiful work. Beautiful beautiful beautiful. Way too good to mention that ass Mao in any connection. The bastard set his country back 50 years. I am actually surprised to see that name even mentioned; I thought he's one of those people the Chinese would rather forget.

(Getting back to those paper TFs, they were a sort of grade school fad for a while. Transformers formed a synergy with the gigantic origami fad...did this happen at anybody else's school?)

Autobus:

As I understand it, which may be completely wrong, Mao stands much like his counterpart Stalin. Which is to say his legacy is still incredibly divisive, with some believing he was responsible for making China what it is today in the best possible sense, and some believing the same in the worst.

As far as fascistic societies go, they didn't have the best uniforms (that prize belongs to the Nazis) but they certainly had the best propaganda.

And if Crazysteve were to cosplay Torca he'd deserve all our respect.
