Behold... the Attic of Love™ Takara Robot Masters Collection!

Robot Masters RM-01 Convoy

RM-01 Convoy is pretty mediocre. He's a fun little toy in bot mode but his alt-mode has a lot to be desired.

---

Robot Masters RM-02 Beast Megatron

---

Robot Masters RM-03 Rijie

The RM-03 Rijie redoco as an homage to G1 Mirage is actually really good and one of my favorite paint jobs of all time. In fact, it was Rijie that made me decide to pick up the whole line.

Robot Masters RM-23 Lio Convoy + DVD

Pretty much RM-23 done in the metallic finish.

Robot Masters RM-02 Beast Megatron (Hyper Hobby Magazine Edition)

Robot Masters RM-17 Victory Saber (E-Hobby Edition)

Robot Masters Skywarp and Thundercracker (E-Hobby Edition)

I can't say that I'm a fan of the RM Skywarp and Thundercracker packaging. I wish they would have kept the RM packaging shape instead of this G1-ish box.

For some reason, E-Hobby and Hasbro have the need to use the very dated G1ish grid and I never understoof why. It is so dated.

I'm still have yet to find a Magazine Exclusive Black Lio Convoy. With that figure I'll have completed the collection.

Now I do have a few extras of these that I've opened since I'm a major Victory Saber fan. The Beast Convoy is also fantastic.

My only problem with Robotmasters was that other than the series originals, I had just about every mold already. And several (especially Bound Rogue) weren't worth getting twice. I totally agree on the Mirage-if any of them are worth owning, it's him. RM-01 was OK, but was totally outdone by (the more expensive) THS-02. Still, I'd like to get my hands on that Lio-Convoy eventually, as everything I've heard says it's better than the original. (Which was neat enough, but would have been super amazing if they'd had a way to anchor his chest to the main body.)

I recently got my hands on the e hobby black release of Victory Saber and i can only use four words to describe him...

I'm seriously loved up!!!

I would kill to own an original Victory Saber...

And scary but he doesn't look out of place standing amongst my Gundam collection 0_O

Frowny: Yeah. I agree. Some aren't worth it. How many G2 jet repaints does one need.

Bruticus: I may have a MIB (but opened) Star Saber going up on Ebay.

Nala, unfortunately at the moment adult things are taking precedence and i think how much you would probably want for it would fall a little bit out of my current price range...

Nice RM collection Nala ...

I'm surprised at how bold RM-22 and RM-23 look in the package, very nice.

RM-24 is some fun. Pretty cheap feeling and basic, but the colors are cool, the blue missile shoots a decent distance, and the reversible head is nicely sculpted. However, the thin plastic piece on which the head pivots is very fragile. Mine bent pretty much right out of the box.

Burning beast convoy is the only primal I've ever liked and wrecker hook is looking nice as well.

I love how takaratomy handles its website for these and the superlinks (which I'm way into these days BTW). Simple design, yet colorful and fast loading, and fun to press buttons and watch the animations.
