I had such high hopes for film Ratchet too.
Like I've said previously, these toys are just proving to be so frigg'n boring!!!
Remy Rodis' gallery pics just prove to me that these mainstream film toys look more like knock-offs than any previous line to Transformer toys.
For a toy guy like me that really is disappointing.
I guess I'm now down to only really wanting Blackout.
Even clitoral-stimulator Megatron looks more colorful than Ratchet.
*sigh*
CORRECTION: Of course, now I realize, thanks to Frowny, that these are the Legends of Cyberton tiny figures.
Thank god! Those can look knock-offish. I didn't plan on getting them anyway.

Yeah, but isn't that just one of those FABs, like the "Legends of Cybertron" series? Or are you talking about the puke green color scheme in general?
You know something, you are right. I didn't notice >this one.
Nah, the toys *are* boring, period. There are some saving graces and the Real Gear guys are a genius reincarnation of New Microman if ever there was one.
Nonetheless, the remainder have (even by Hasbro standards) alternately garish or dull colourschemes and lack the simple geometry of their predecessors that made said figures so instantly recognisable.
I will give Kudos to the toymakers though, the engineering is pretty interesting. It's just unfortunate that they seem to have had their hands guided by ILM and Bay, rather than the other way around.
After seeing more pics of the Voyager class Thundercracker movie version ... I think I may get him.
I was going to say, it doesn't even have knee joints. It looks about as posable as a Throttlebot. I've yet to see a figure from the regular line that I like.
I hope Michael Bay knows he's going to burn in hell.
Sorry Heavyarms, but his continued employment suggests a contract with the infernal. Like Zak Snyder getting to direct Watchmen!
It is just the "Legends" figure. I was stupid for not realizing that but the packaging had no scale to it.
The real Ratchet comes in alt mode.
Folks:
It's a good thing they've got a movie to push this stuff. If the movie does well, they'll probably sell lots of toys. Say what one will about "realism", "aliens", or "pawning j-zero-zero", I don't think these could succeed on their own merits.
