Don't these people know that they're just Cybermen from a parallel Earth stuck in the void between parallel dimensions because of the energy it takes to move the mass of 5 million Cybermen between dimensions!

Am I the only one who knows this?!?!?!

I'd say, if a particular stretch of highway seems more dangerous, it might be wiser to phone the traffic engineers before you bring in the occultists...but whadda I know, anyhow.
