Unbeknowst to the Doctor, after the episode "Birthday of the Daleks", Dalek Sec secretly does an emergency temporal shift and accidentally crossed The Void into one of the Transformers universes.

Alas, the Matrix seemed to be a little stronger than Dalekenium and Sec was not able to exterminate much of anything.
